1. Eligibility & Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in trading programs within your jurisdiction.
• All participants must maintain a valid account and provide accurate details at all times. Accounts created through a sponsor referral link are subject to the same requirements.
• Participation is voluntary and implies acceptance of all program policies described on this page and in the published plan.
• Arcano reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Participation Plans & Performance

• Gold — participation amount $100 – $1,500, performance-based daily returns of up to 0.30%.
• Platinum — participation amount $1,501 – $9,999, performance-based daily returns of up to 0.35%.
• Elite — participation amount $10,000 & above, performance-based daily returns of up to 0.40%.
• Performance is calculated and credited on working days only (Monday through Friday), based on actual market performance and strategy execution.
• All rewards are performance-based and are not guaranteed. Daily figures are maximums, not fixed rates.

3. The 200% Return Limit

Each activation earns up to 200% of its participation amount in total returns, counting daily performance and all referral rewards. Upon reaching the 200% limit the plan closes and reactivation is required, following a five-day cooldown period.

4. Referral & Team Rewards

• Direct referral bonus — 5% on every direct participation activated through your referral: 1% credited instantly to your Arcano wallet and 4% released as 0.2% per day over 20 days.
• Referral infinity bonus — paid on the daily performance generated by your downline, never on their participation amount, across up to 10 levels. Level access is gated by your active direct referral count.
• Rank Achiever Awards — earned on qualified team business volume built through a balanced 3-leg structure (50% / 25% / 25%). 2% of the Rank Achiever Reward Pool is released proportionately across 50 consecutive days.
• The Arcano plan does not include a matching-income component.

6. Account Conduct

• One account per individual. Duplicate, fraudulent or misrepresented accounts may be suspended and any associated rewards withheld.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for enabling the security features available in your member panel.
• Arcano may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.
